Mobilities in S5

The European Mobility Program offers a valuable opportunity for your children to:

• Enhance and refine their language skills.
• Immerse themselves in a different cultural and European context.
• Gain insight into a new educational environment.
• Develop autonomy by learning to integrate and adapt to a new cultural, educational, and family setting.

Below, you will find a summary of the key deadlines for this program application

DEADLINE

• January 9th 2025 : All application forms must be submitted to the program coordinator
• February 7th 2025: The EELM conducts an internal selection process to preselect candidates for mobility.
• From February to 30th April: APE and parents are responsible for finding a host family.
• April 30th 2025: The overall process must be finalized.

APPLICATION

Note: The program is proposed for 2025-2026, for S5 students only.

You have to send the following documents:

• The mobility application form (to be filled online)
• The consent form (Annex 3 in the ‘Guidelines’) – Download the consent form
• A copy of the pupil’s European Health Insurance Card
• A letter of motivation written by the student, to be sent by email in pdf format to the programme coordinator
