The secondary school students’ committee organised a toy collection within the school community in aid of two associations: Ludopital and Enfance et Vie. On Tuesday 20 February, they organised a small ceremony to hand over the toys to representatives of these two children’s charities.
The pupils organised the collection themselves from start to finish: they prepared a communication campaign, visited all the classes to explain the project to the pupils, collected the toy donations, selected and sorted them …. and finally put together two beautiful trolleys of donations for these associations.
The toy presentation ceremony was an opportunity to meet the representatives of the two associations and present their work. They thanked everyone involved, students, teachers and especially parents from the Parents’ Association, who had made a huge contribution to sorting the toys. The two trolleys full of toys were then loaded into the associations’ vehicles.
